About the position:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking housekeeper who would perform all housekeeping and technical work at the hotel.
What are you going to do:
- Room repair work: wall plastering, painting, floor covering replacement or repair, silicone;
- Minor electrical work: electrical installation and equipment repair, light bulb replacement;
- Furniture repair and maintenance: door, wardrobe, bed, table repair;
- Window, door, lock maintenance and replacement;
- Outdoor area maintenance: various minor works;
- Moving work: conference hall preparation, furniture rearrangement or moving;
- In case of high occupancy – on-call according to the schedule.
What to expect:
- Ability to independently perform minor construction and repair work;
- Experience in performing various technical and economic work;
- Technical education or practical knowledge in the field of construction, repair;
- Knowledge of HVAC and other engineering systems;
- Responsibility, diligence, thoroughness and ability to plan one's work;
- Quick orientation and ability to solve technical problems on the spot;
- Driver's license (category B).
