Your responsibilities
Building maintenance and operation
Equipment and inventory maintenance
Fire safety and documentation
- You will take care of the maintenance of existing buildings, premises and engineering systems (to the extent that is not the responsibility of the lessor).
- You will plan and organize current repairs, and you will also perform minor work yourself.
- You will communicate with the lessor to resolve emerging problems.
Equipment and inventory maintenance
- You will keep records of production inventory.
- You will organize technical maintenance and periodic inspections of cranes, hoists and other potentially dangerous equipment.
- You will perform and register inspections of ladders and other work equipment.
Fire safety and documentation
- You will organize periodic fire safety inspections and inspection of fire extinguishers.
- You will fill in and manage all logs and documentation related to the farm.
What do we expect from you?
- Technical or engineering education (in construction, mechanics, energy or similar field).
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of housekeeping, building maintenance, technical service or construction work organization.
- Practical skills and ability to perform minor household and repair work with your own hands.
- Computer literacy.
- Independence and responsibility, good time management skills.
- Category B driver's license.
