- Maintenance and maintenance of the company's territory, buildings, production, storage and administrative premises.
- Planning, organization and control of daily housekeeping and maintenance work, taking into account production needs.
- Organization of sorting, collection and removal of production packaging and household waste.
- Monitoring the condition of wastewater tanks, controlling filling and ordering transport for removal.
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance work, identifying faults and organizing their elimination.
- Determining the need for household tools, repair materials and services, ordering and controlling residues.
- Organizing the work of external service providers and contractors and controlling their performance.
- Cooperation with employees of production, warehouse and other departments, prompt resolution of economic issues.
Employee requirements
- Experience in building, territory or production environment maintenance work.
- Ability to independently plan, organize and coordinate economic and maintenance work.
- Practical skills in minor repairs and technical problem solving.
- Responsibility, initiative, organization and ability to correctly set work priorities.
