Housekeeper

To maintain buildings, premises and their technical condition, to organize minor repairs and contractor work;
To ensure the maintenance of farm inventory, tools, furniture and equipment and replenishment of stocks;
To take care of the orderliness of energy, heating, ventilation, sewage and other systems, to control their technical condition, parameters, to organize repairs, replacement of individual components, cleaning and preventive work (inspections), to ensure safe and economical use of equipment;
To perform minor plumbing, electrical and other farm repair work;
To maintain the territory and environment according to the season: snow removal, lawn care, etc.;
To ensure compliance with occupational safety, hygiene and fire safety requirements;
To prepare the institution's fire safety, occupational safety and health instructions, other rules and descriptions;
Organizes the conduct of civil safety training and exercises, and maintains documentation in the field of civil safety prevention;
If necessary, perform other non-permanent work;
Work schedule: weekdays 8:00–17:00, lunch break – 12:00–12:45, Friday until 16:00

Successful, similar work experience;
At least a university degree or equivalent;
Knowledge and understanding of small machinery, plumbing, electrical, construction work and the ability to perform them;
Category B driver's license - a must;
Knowledge of safety requirements at work;
Ability to respond quickly and solve problems;
Responsibility, diligence and diligence.

Have the necessary certificates to perform the functions (energy, heat and electricity consumption, fire department, occupational safety and health, etc.).

2158 €/mon. gross
Remuneration is determined individually based on the candidate's qualifications and ability to work independently. It is discussed and agreed upon in more detail during the negotiations with the selected candidate.
