RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the internal and external technical condition of buildings
- Organize and carry out minor repair, installation and maintenance work
- Monitor electrical, lighting, heating, ventilation, plumbing and other engineering systems
- Communicate with contractors, services and suppliers regarding repairs and troubleshooting
- Ensure the implementation of periodic inspections, measurements and other mandatory technical actions
- Fill in maintenance logs, defect acts and task registers
- Respond promptly to failures and emergencies
- Monitor the territory, organize seasonal environmental management work
- Ensure order, safety and smooth operation of economic processes
- Assist the warehouse or other departments with physical work as needed.
We hope you:
- You have experience in building maintenance, farm maintenance or a similar field
- You understand the principles of engineering systems and are able to read technical documentation
- You are responsible, practical and able to independently solve technical issues
- You have a category B driver's license - required
- An electrician, energy engineer or other technical qualification is a great advantage.
