The Lumont real estate development group is looking for a Maintenance Manager to take care of the maintenance of apartment buildings and their territories in Palanga. If you have a technical education, like to work independently, and are able to respond quickly to malfunctions - we invite you to join our professional team!
Your responsibilities:
- Maintenance of buildings and grounds;
- Minor repairs (without special qualifications);
- Troubleshooting or organizing repairs;
- Procuring necessary materials;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the environment;
- Providing suggestions for improving maintenance;
- Other miscellaneous housekeeping tasks.
What do we expect from you:
- Technical vocational education (e.g., carpenter, electrician, plumber, etc.);
- Sense of independence and responsibility;
- Similar work experience;
- Category B driver's license.
