- Maintenance of the company's territory (sweeping, washing, snow removal, etc.);
- Troubleshooting or organizing repair work;
- Communicating with representatives performing technical maintenance of building engineering systems and other service providers;
- Maintenance of buildings, premises, and territory;
- Other auxiliary farm work according to the company's needs.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)
- Technical vocational education (e.g., carpenter, electrician, plumber, etc.);
- A sense of independence and responsibility;
- Experience in performing/organizing work related to building engineering systems (electrical systems, air conditioning, ventilation, water supply and sewage engineering systems);
- Ability to independently plan, organize activities, make decisions related to direct work functions, solve emerging problems;
- Good computer literacy skills;
- Category B driver's license.
