NATURE OF WORK

  • Troubleshooting or organizing repair work;
  • Purchasing necessary materials;
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the environment;
  • Submitting proposals for improving maintenance;
  • Periodic inspection of buildings and engineering systems;
  • Recording discrepancies and coordinating their elimination;
  • Minor repair, maintenance and housekeeping work in buildings and their surroundings;
  • Coordination of yard workers' work;
  • Other various housekeeping work.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Technical vocational education (e.g. carpenter, electrician, plumber, etc.);
  • A sense of independence and responsibility;
  • Similar work experience;
  • Good computer literacy skills;
  • Experience in performing/organizing work related to building engineering systems (electrical systems, air conditioning, ventilation, water supply and sewage engineering systems);
  • The ability to independently plan, organize activities, make decisions related to direct work functions, and solve problems;
  • Category B driver's license.
