We are currently looking for a housekeeper for the maintenance of a commercial building in Elektrėnai, working hours on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm.

What functions will you be responsible for?
- Maintenance of engineering systems of a commercial facility,
- Minor plumbing, electrical and utility repairs,
- Fault detection and elimination,
- Filling in technical documentation;
- Ensuring the operation of engineering equipment;
- Localization and elimination of emergency failures.
We hope you
- You have a technical engineering education or experience in the field of plumbing, electricity or construction work;
- We will consider work experience in the field of building engineering systems a great advantage;
- You have a general understanding of building engineering systems (electrical installation, sanitary units, plumbing and smaller finishing and construction works);
- You are sensible, you make quick decisions when solving economic issues;
- You are able to productively plan work and carry it out independently;
- You have a driver's license.
