Nature of work
Various minor and medium-complexity repair works are carried out in residential rental housing and common areas - this may include door, floor, furniture, wall repair, silicone or other finishing works.
We respond to tenants' reports of faults - we carry out an inspection and carry out the necessary repairs.
If necessary, we prepare a list of necessary materials or tools - it is important to carry out the work neatly and with high quality.
Tasks are transferred by phone or via a simple work app - it also marks when the work is completed.
Sometimes you may need to assemble furniture, replace household appliances or perform simple plumbing or electrical work - only if you have the necessary skills.

You have a category B driver's license
