Nature of work
We are looking for a housekeeper to take care of our rented apartments in Vilnius. We maintain more than 1200 apartments in Vilnius, Kaunas and Šiauliai - you will be responsible for the objects in Vilnius.
Minor and medium-complexity repair work in apartments and common areas: doors, floors, furniture, walls, silicone, decoration
Responding to tenants' reports of faults - inspection and repair
Simple plumbing or electrical work, furniture assembly, replacement of household appliances
Tasks come via the app - no chaotic calls in the evenings

Employee requirements

You have several years of experience in the field of construction or repair
You are able to independently perform various minor repair works
You have a category B driver's license and a car for work
You have basic work tools
You are responsible, tidy and communicate politely
