Nature of work
- Maintenance of engineering systems (electricity, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, etc.) repairs and general understanding of these works;
- Control and inspection of the work of environmental maintenance employees, if necessary - distribution of work (assistance to the manager);
- Maintenance of transport equipment;
- Rapid response to failures registered in the task management system, division of work according to priorities;
- Maintenance, selection, inventory, issuance and acceptance of warehouse items;
- Ordering goods/materials/work tools;
- Ability to clearly raise problems and find solutions;
- Independent organization of work - setting priorities and scheduling work;
- Additional work is required in the company's activities that correspond to the employee's competence.
Employee requirements
- Engineering/mechanical/ or technical education in one direction;
- Experience in environmental and building maintenance work;
- Energy worker qualification certificate (PK, VK, AK) (advantage);
- Responsible attitude to work, independence, initiative and duty;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Driver's license (category B);
- Knowledge of the characteristics of transport equipment;
- Ability to organize and control the execution of work - formulate tasks, set deadlines, monitor the progress of work and evaluate their results.
