- Building, inventory, territory maintenance;
- Initiation of building condition improvement projects;
- Communication with external contractors and technical consultants, quality control of their work;
- Provision of necessary parts or work tools;
- Other minor maintenance and finishing works of premises;
- Pleasant communication with tenants of premises, assistance in solving economic issues;
- Communication and work planning with the manager in English.
Employee requirements
- Ability to initiate, plan and organize the execution of work;
- Ability to perform maintenance and finishing work on premises (cosmetic repairs, sanitary maintenance, painting, etc.)
- Professional/technical education would be an advantage;
- General understanding of the condition of buildings;
- Valid category B driver's license;
- Intermediate knowledge of English;
- Responsible attitude to work.
