Nature of work
- You will supervise the condition and order of all buildings and territory of the Tech Park campus — you will be the master of the entire campus.
- You will respond to tenants' inquiries and independently solve household and technical problems that arise.
- You will perform minor repair and maintenance work.
- You will search for contractors and service providers, coordinate prices, contracts and work schedules, and monitor the quality of the work performed.
- You will remove and record meter readings (electricity, water, heat), provide data for accounting.
- You will monitor engineering systems (heating, ventilation, plumbing, electricity), organize their maintenance and troubleshooting.
- You will plan and carry out seasonal work — territory maintenance, snow removal in winter, landscaping maintenance.
- You will take care of building safety — order of access, keys, alarm and fire systems.
- Prepare commercial premises for new tenants, coordinate move-in, record the condition of the premises upon move-in and move-out.
- Order farm equipment, manage inventory and accounting, monitor farm expenses.
- Respond to emergency situations and promptly manage them.
- Provide suggestions on how to improve campus maintenance, reduce costs, and streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with fire and occupational safety requirements throughout the campus.
Employee requirements
- Similar experience — in the field of housekeeping, facilities management or technical maintenance (an advantage — with commercial buildings).
- Independence and initiative — the ability to work without constant supervision, make decisions and take responsibility.
- Technical knowledge and the ability to perform small tasks with your own hands.
- Understanding of the principles of engineering systems.
- The ability to plan and prioritize in many buildings at the same time.
- Good communication with tenants and contractors.
- Category B driver's license.
