We are looking for a team member who would look at the company environment as if it were their own backyard - with care, order, and simple human economy.
Nature of work:
- Communication with building maintenance, electrical and fire safety maintenance companies, recording of comments, partial processing of them (most comments are processed by specialized companies);
- Maintenance of buildings, premises, territory;
- Cleaning of problematic areas of the company's territory and environment or supervision of hired contractors;
- Minor household repairs as needed;
- Seasonal farm work:
- Winter: maintenance of roofs from wet snow; maintenance of pedestrian areas from icing;
- Summer: cutting grass, with a lawnmower or trimmer;
- Working with a forklift (not a necessity, but an advantage);
- Other auxiliary farm work as needed by the company.

- You have similar work experience (advantage);
- You are an economical, practical person who naturally wants order and, most importantly, to do the job as you like;
- You are characterized by diligence, responsibility, and hard work;
- Forklift driver's license and driving skills (advantage).
