You will take care of:

  • maintenance of engineering systems of commercial objects;
  • minor plumbing repairs;
  • minor maintenance of electrical systems;
  • minor farm repairs;
  • transmission of defects to responsible persons;
  • filling in the required documentation;
  • ensuring the operation of the engineering equipment of the supervised facility;
  • write-off of accounting devices;
  • filling in the technical documentation;
  • troubleshooting and troubleshooting.

We hope that:

  • we will consider it an advantage if: you have a certificate of responsibility for the heating industry (may be invalid);
  • we will consider it an advantage if: you have an electrician's certificate PK, VK, AK (may be invalid);
  • we will consider it an advantage if: you have work experience with electrical or heating or ventilation or air conditioning systems;
  • you understand and know how to operate the building's remote management system (BMS);
  • you have a category B driver's license, a car;
  • you are responsible and communicative.

Salary

2047-2244 €/mon. gross
Salary from 1300-1400 €/month. in hand.
