ISS Lietuva invites a versatile technician who wants to improve and achieve their goals together to join the team!
What will you do every day?
- You will supervise the building's heating system and other engineering systems, ensuring their smooth operation.
- You will identify faults, organize and carry out their elimination, and promptly respond to emergency situations.
- You will carry out regular inspections of the building and its systems, operate automation equipment.
- You will carry out minor repair and plumbing work, and contribute to the maintenance of electrical systems.
- You will record the readings of metering devices and fill in technical documentation.
What do we expect from you:
- Ability to work in a shift schedule: 4 working days, 4 days off (2 day and 2 night shifts).
- Technical education and experience in the field of building maintenance.
- Valid electrical safety secondary category (VK) qualification and heating maintenance certificate.
- Ability to independently resolve technical failures and ensure smooth operation of systems.
- Experience in automation, electrical systems maintenance or BMS would be an advantage.
