What will you do every day?
- You will inspect the building and the main engineering systems and ensure their smooth operation.
- You will adhere to the planned maintenance and work schedules.
- You will eliminate minor faults in the building and engineering systems and perform preventive work.
- You will help prepare for conferences and events, take care of the preparation of the premises.
- You will respond promptly to faults and inform the responsible services about critical situations.
- You will perform minor repair and carpentry work.
- You will take care of ordering and replenishing the necessary materials and tools.
- You will record and write down the readings of utility meters.
- You will cooperate with the building users, contributing to the creation of a tidy, safe and comfortable working environment.
What do we expect from you?
- Have a technical vocational or higher education.
- Have similar work experience (an advantage).
- Able to independently diagnose and solve technical problems.
- Know how to use a computer and basic work programs.
- Able to communicate in Lithuanian; basic English and (or) Russian would be an advantage.
- You are responsible, honest, polite and like to work in a team and communicate with people.
