Nature of work:
- Coordinate the University's participation in international and national university rankings and other institutional comparison assessments.
- Analyze the University's results, monitor rating invitations, changes in methodologies, indicators, data definitions and submission deadlines.
- Organize data collection, consult data providers and coordinate compliance with deadlines.
- Prepare and constantly update the rating data submission calendar, work plan and list of data sources.
- Provide data, questionnaires, explanations and other information to the rating organizers in a timely manner.
- Maintain business relations with rating organizers, partner institutions and professional networks and participate in events.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations and recommendations for management and submit proposals for the improvement of indicators, data quality, processes and information systems.
Requirements:
- Higher university education (Master's degree).
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, performance evaluation, strategic planning, international cooperation, quality management, higher education administration or a related field.
- Excellent Lithuanian and English at least C1 level, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of performance indicators of higher education institutions, university ranking principles and basic international and national ranking methodologies.
- Very good communication and presentation skills, ability to professionally represent the University at meetings and events.
- Ability to collect, verify, systematize, analyze and interpret large-scale quantitative and qualitative data.
- Ability to prepare analytical reports, conclusions, presentations and recommendations for management and other stakeholders.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, ability to use data analytics technologies and apply AI solutions.
- Diligence, responsibility, initiative, clear communication and the ability to independently plan work and manage deadlines.
