You will be responsible for:
- Management of cargo operations - organizing loading/unloading to/from ships, railway wagons, cars, ensuring a safe working environment;
- Appropriate assignment of tasks to employees, supervision and control of their performance;
- Ensuring the technology of loading/unloading works, execution of loading service schedules;
- Preparation of reports and other regulatory documents related to the department's activities.
We appreciate your:
- Higher engineering education (mandatory requirement);
- Ability to speak English and Russian;
- Leadership;
- Operative thinking and decision-making;
- Similar work experience (would be considered a major requirement);
- Responsible approach to work, ability to work in a team;
- The desire to develop and improve one's existing knowledge;
- The possibility to work on a sliding work shift schedule.
