About us
The office works with urban and architectural projects. We develop concepts, analyze, solve unique problems, organize competitions, contribute to the preparation of strategic documents. This position awaits you:
- work on projects of varying scales and, of course, on different problems;
- Work is based on data-based analyses, scenario development,
- Opportunity to get involved in social-cultural projects.
We hope you
- you have completed/have completed studies in architecture / urban planning / landscape architecture;
- Want to work in a team;
- You are an open and curious person, able to clearly express your thoughts, analyze and systematize information;
- You have experience working on architectural or urban projects in Lithuania or abroad;
- You are proficient in territorial planning, cultural heritage systems (PV certificate is great but not necessary);
- You have skills in working with GIS (basic knowledge) Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign) (good skills), CAD programs.
- You are able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- You live in Kaunas or are willing to commute to Kaunas every day to work in an office.

MASH Studio is an architecture and urban planning office working with sustainable development processes in Lithuanian cities. The office was founded in the Netherlands, Rotterdam, in the summer of 2016 and moved to Lithuania in 2017.
The office's projects focus on detailed systematic analysis, alignment of interests and research through design. We attach particular importance to communication and dialogue through the involvement of interest groups and society, we organize creative workshops, roundtable discussions. Before starting any task, regardless of the type of order, we devote a lot of time to discussion with the client, clarifying needs, in order to ensure that the project implementation process best meets the client's needs and capabilities. Specialists from various fields are involved in the implementation of each project, who would contribute to the successful implementation of the goals of specific tasks.
