Your responsibilities:
- You will ensure the effective work of the urban planning department and optimal resource allocation;
- You will coordinate and supervise the preparation of territorial planning documents - the processes of preparing general, special and (or) detailed plans, urban studies and concepts;
- You will focus, develop and strengthen the competencies of the urban planning team, create an environment based on trust and cooperation and promote engagement;
- You will be a leader who helps the team grow, solve complex urban planning challenges and achieve common goals;
- You will coordinate urban projects and territorial planning processes, help the team make decisions and be an important support in daily activities;
- You will contribute to the implementation of the sustainable development vision of Vilnius and work with projects important to the city - from territorial planning and urban concepts to their implementation;
- You will ensure effective cooperation with architects, designers, local authorities, communities and other stakeholders;
- You will be responsible for the department's activity planning, budget management and smooth cooperation with other departments of the company.
We hope you:
- You have a higher university education in urban planning, architecture, territorial planning, engineering or another related field;
- You have accumulated at least 3 years of managerial experience (experience in the fields of urban planning, territorial planning or urban development is a great advantage);
- You are familiar with the processes of territorial planning, urban development and project coordination;
- You have experience in the field of territorial planning - in preparing or coordinating general, special or detailed plans;
- You are able to work with people - inspire, mobilize and develop a team;
- You are characterized by strategic thinking, the ability to see the whole of urban development and make decisions that create long-term value;
- You are communicative, able to effectively cooperate with different stakeholders and manage complex processes;
- You have a certificate that gives the right to perform the functions of territorial planning or project manager (an advantage);
- Has an impeccable personal and professional reputation.
