Used Cars B2B Project Manager

Moller Auto Baltic has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and driven used car market expert with a strong background in B2B sales and client relationship management, ready to build lasting partnerships and drive business growth to join our dynamic team as a Used Cars B2B Project Manager.

In this key role you will be responsible for developing and managing B2B purchasing activities, strengthening cooperation with key partners. The position will play an important role in ensuring a structured and efficient approach to used car sourcing and partner engagement across the region.

🤝 YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• develop and maintain long-term relationships with fleet partners across Lithuania and the EU, proactively identify and acquire new business clients
• represent Moller Auto and manage used car sourcing and sales activities with business clients
• manage and measure profit margin of purchases to ensure they are within the company's KPI's
• prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and conclude sales agreements
• collect, structure, classify, and analyze information, and prepare reports
• monitor and analyze customer and competitor behavior in the automotive sales market

⭐ WE EXPECT THAT YOU:

• have good understanding and practical work experience in cars business
• are good in both purchasing and selling cars
• have experience in B2B sales and building long-term client relationships
• have ability to think business and oversee co-related processes
• are able to work in an international diverse environment
• have ability to plan, organize, manage and follow through on multiple assignments and communicate at all levels of the organization in a timely, effective and professional manner
• have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in Lithuanian and English (knowledge of German and Russian languages would be a great advantage)
