At Robotics Academy, you will have the opportunity to work in an ambitious team, lead the Utena County branch and its team forward, and get involved in strategic parts of the company related to the team's experience and its improvement.

The head of the Utena County branch is responsible for the activities of the Utena County branch of the Robotics Academy, the effective operation of the branch, setting the goals of the branch, achieving results and developing it, and leading team members in the right direction.

🚀 I will lead the Utena department team - I will plan, organize, control and create strategies that will help the department and the team grow;
📊 You will ensure the quality of activities (clubs, camps, events) and their development;
🎯 You will build relationships with schools, kindergartens, municipalities and business partners - you will look for cooperation opportunities that will help reach as many children as possible and provide them with an interesting and meaningful experience;
🎉 You will develop the internal processes of the department, take care of the well-being of team members, work planning, growth and working conditions;
🧩 You will be responsible for the implementation of projects in the Utena region;
📈 You will analyze the results and report to your direct manager.

✅You have at least 2 years of experience in leading a team, resources and projects - in the field of education would be a great advantage;
✅You have achieved tangible results in similar roles;
✅You communicate excellently both verbally and in writing, are able to clearly express ideas and, most importantly, implement them;
✅You are able to represent the organization and build partnerships;
✅You have a higher education;
✅You believe in ethical and values-based leadership.
