Our client is a rapidly expanding international custom furniture manufacturing company offering exceptional interior solutions. We are currently looking for a Project Management System Analyst to join our team.
Nature of work
- Formation of the architecture of the project management system: structure, flow, automation;
- Adaptation of the system to the organization's processes;
- Design and implementation of integrations with ERP, Power BI and other systems;
- Development of API solutions (synchronization, REST);
- Management of data flows between systems and quality assurance;
- Monitoring of system operation, incident analysis and finding solutions;
- Consulting and training of system users.
Employee requirements
- Experience working with PMO platforms (monday.com, Wrike, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.);
- Experience with API and system integrations (required);
- Knowledge of manufacturing company processes (advantage);
- Experience working with ERP and/or Power BI;
- Analytical thinking and ability to systematize and analyze data, model processes;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Desire and ability to solve problems and focus on results.

- Salary 2300 – 2800 Eur before taxes (specific salary will be discussed during the interview, depending on experience and required competencies);
