About the position:
We are looking for a Request Coordinator who will be responsible for the efficient management, distribution and coordination of requests across teams. This is a great position for someone who is able to organize processes, communicate with different stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of work.
What will you do every day:
Registering, reviewing and prioritizing JIRA requests (tickets);
Allocating tasks to responsible teams or specialists;
Tracking request execution and controlling deadlines;
Communicating with internal customers regarding the status of requests;
Escalating incidents and problems when necessary;
Data analysis and reporting on request flows;
Improving processes for more efficient request management.

What do we expect from you:
Experience working with JIRA or another task management system;
Good organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously;
Excellent communication skills;
Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
Knowledge of Russian and English.
