A Customer Representative is being sought for a construction site in Palanga (hotel construction from scratch, separate business line).
Duties:
Duties:
- Represent the Customer's interests in communicating with contractors and subcontractors;
- Control the quality of construction work performed;
- Coordinate work and promptly resolve issues at the site;
- Control compliance with deadlines and organizational processes;
- Ensure communication between all project participants.
Employee requirements
- Construction education;
- Experience in organizational work at construction sites;
- Good computer skills;
- Responsibility, discipline, duty;
- Ability to independently make decisions and control processes.
