Nature of work
UAB "NP grupė" operates in the areas of event equipment rental and trade. We are currently looking for a person to plan the implementation of orders and coordinate teams. You can view the range of rental equipment here: nuoma.renginiopartneris.lt/lt/
The nature of the work includes:
🔸Coordination of order implementation, planning and team management;
🔸Active communication with installers, drivers, sales managers and customers;
🔸Working after hours (additional payment) during the season (May - September and December);
🔸Solving problem situations;
🔸Working with 2-10 teams, 5-30 orders per day. We serve approximately that many order addresses, depending on the day and season;
🔸Communication and work planning with partners we use for project implementation (logistics companies, transport and various equipment rental companies, etc.);
🔸Team member selection (we are constantly looking for and hiring support people with industrial activity certificates);
🔸Working in a dynamic environment - changes in teams, employees, orders are an integral part of our work;
🔸Preparing reports.
🔸Working with internal company systems.
Working in the field of event services is dynamic and full of various moments: both the joy of implementing projects for which we work so hard, and problematic situations when the daily plan gets out of hand due to unforeseen situations (change of people, transportation problems, etc.). We are looking for someone who already has similar work experience and would like to join a leading team in their field!
