Responsibilities:
- cooperate with the sales manager and ensure a smooth order process - from receipt to delivery to the customer;
- communicate with customers by phone, e-mail and live;
- advise customers on products, pricing, prepare commercial offers;
- manage the flow of orders, coordinate their implementation;
- solve customer problems and ensure high-quality service;
- contribute to additional sales and the implementation of goals;
- process orders in the NAV system according to established processes;
- participate in meetings, provide and receive feedback.
Requirements:
- experience in customer service, sales or administration (advantage – working with B2B clients);
- excellent communication skills, ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers;
- ability to work both independently and in a team;
- responsibility, diligence, result orientation;
- good computer skills (MS Office, experience with NAV – an advantage);
- English language skills (advantage).
