While working in our team, you will have the following tasks:
- Cooperate with the sales manager and ensure a smooth order process - from receipt to delivery to the customer;
- Communicate with customers by phone, e-mail and live;
- Consult customers about products, pricing, prepare commercial offers;
- Manage the flow of orders, coordinate their implementation;
- Solve customer problems and ensure quality service;
- Contribute to the implementation of additional sales and goals;
- Manage orders in the NAV system according to established processes;
- Participate in meetings, provide and receive feedback.
It is important for us:
- Experience in customer service, sales or administration (advantage – working with B2B clients);
- Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Responsibility, diligence, result orientation;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, experience with NAV – an advantage);
- English language proficiency (advantage).
