Nature of work
- Ensuring the smooth implementation of advertising campaigns on LED screens;
- Checking advertising clips according to technical requirements and, if necessary, adjusting them;
- Uploading clips, setting up broadcasts and administering playlists;
- Working with internal systems and tools for planning and managing campaigns;
- Communicating with the team regarding campaign implementation;
- Coordinating campaign implementation with partners, including adjustments and administration of related accounts;
- Monitoring campaigns and promptly implementing changes during their course;
- Preparing campaign photo reports;
- Monitoring screen performance, recording failures and coordinating their resolution.
Employee requirements
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner;
- Ability to quickly orientate and solve situations;
- Good computer skills and ability to understand new systems;
- Responsibility and independence;
- Good communication skills;
- Higher/higher education;
- Experience in advertising, project coordination or administration (would be an advantage).
