SIMETRIA is looking for an organized, fast and systematic Order and Logistics Manager to manage the entire order and logistics process from placing an order with the manufacturer to delivering the goods to our warehouse.
We are looking for someone who works well with numbers and large amounts of information, is able to control deadlines, quickly notice discrepancies and promptly resolve issues. Accuracy, speed, priority management and responsibility for the result are especially important in this position.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- I will administer orders to foreign manufacturers and control their progress from submission to delivery.
- You will check prices, quantities, deadlines, manufacturer confirmations and supplier invoices.
- You will monitor production and delivery deadlines and promptly resolve any discrepancies that arise.
- I will organize transport, communicate with manufacturers, carriers and other partners.
- I will administer purchase documents related to orders and received goods in the SCORO system.
- I will coordinate complaints, insurance, claims and orders from B2B partners.
- You will systematize purchase, transport and other order documents.
- You will contribute to the improvement, automation and efficiency of orders, logistics and administrative processes.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in supply, logistics, purchasing, order administration or similar field.
- Very good ability to work with numbers, prices and data and quickly notice discrepancies.
- Diligence and accuracy, while being able to work quickly and productively.
- Ability to simultaneously control many different tasks and processes and clearly set priorities.
- Ability to independently plan your work, control deadlines and complete started issues.
- Good Excel skills and ability to quickly understand new systems; good written and spoken Lithuanian and English (a large part of daily communication takes place with foreign manufacturers).
- Openness to technologies and willingness to use AI and other modern tools to get the job done faster and more efficiently.
