Your responsibilities
Administer and coordinate customer orders.
Ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Collaborate with sales, production and logistics teams.
Promptly resolve issues and seek the best solutions for customers.
Manage information in the business management system and prepare necessary reports.
Contribute to smooth daily processes and their improvement
