You will be the person through whom every order passes - from the first client message to the delivery of the finished product. Your goal is to make this path smooth, fast and without misunderstandings.
Your responsibilities:

- Receive and evaluate client requests received through various channels (social networks, live contact, e-mail, calls)
- Identify the client's exact needs and pass them on for further preparation of the offer
- Follow the progress of the offer preparation - coordination of raw materials, deadlines and production with responsible colleagues
- Maintain constant contact with the client throughout the process
- Control the receipt of payments and their reconciliation
- Monitor the progress of production and coordinate the final delivery of the product to the client

- Strong sense of responsibility and orderliness – you like it when processes are clear and nothing is “forgotten between the chairs”
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you easily find a common language with both the client and the production team
- Analytical thinking – you are able to quickly get to grips with details and make logical decisions
- People orientation – you naturally care about making the client feel heard and well served
- The rudiments of creativity and visual perception will come in handy when combining layouts and proposals
- Entrepreneurial streak – you are not afraid to take the initiative when it comes to finding a solution
