Orders Coordinator

We are a wholesale company supplying Asian food products to restaurants, shops and other business clients. We are currently looking for a responsible and organized Order Coordinator to join our team.

Work from the office on weekdays 7:30-16:30 .
Receiving customer orders by phone and e-mail, administration and coordination.
Entering orders into accounting and warehouse systems.
Cooperation with warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Control of customer payments.
Prompt resolution of emerging issues and non-standard situations.

Good computer skills (MS Office);
Good command of Lithuanian;
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and independently.
Previous work experience in the field of trade or warehousing would be an advantage;
Work experience with the accounting program Rivilė or another accounting program is an advantage.
