Nature of work:
- Administration and coordination of customer orders: order adjustments, cancellations, changes in data and delivery dates;
- Monitoring the order selection process, setting priorities and ensuring smooth order execution;
- Preparation and administration of documents related to orders;
- Administration of quality certificates and ensuring their submission to customers;
- Monitoring B2B order processes, identifying errors and coordinating their resolution;
- Recording and administration of additional services in the system according to customer contracts;
- Close cooperation with the warehouse team and other departments in resolving daily order execution issues.
Work schedule is shift-based.
Requirements:
- you are good at working with computers, especially MS Excel;
- you are able to quickly navigate information and manage several tasks at the same time;
- you are meticulous, attentive to details and responsible;
- you are able to independently plan your work and set priorities;
- you are able to promptly solve everyday situations;
- you have good communication and collaboration skills;
- you have work experience in the field of logistics, warehousing, order administration or accounting - we will consider this a great advantage.
