Nature of work
- Receiving and consulting incoming customer calls.
- Administrating customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Receiving, processing and entering orders into the company's systems.
- Controlling order execution from receipt to delivery to the customer.
- Organizing and coordinating transport with carriers.
- Communicating with customers regarding delivery times and order progress.
- Checking and printing bills of lading and other accompanying documents.
- Issuing and administering invoices.
- Preparing reports.
- Working in a team

- Have good computer skills (MS Office).
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
