Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of planning and execution processes of orders and operations at stations (formation of formations, shunting), their compliance with the requirements of laws, rules and standards
- Ensure the fulfillment of obligations to customers and increase their satisfaction with the services provided
- Form the division's activity strategy, set long-term and short-term goals of the division's activities and strive for their implementation
- Plan and organize effective management of the division's activities
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes, analyze and constantly initiate their improvement
- Analyze and determine indicators of the managed function, apply and implement technological, IT solutions and tools necessary for their improvement
- Form, develop and motivate the management team and ensure smooth change and communication management
- Cooperate with divisions within the LTG group of companies, developing the network of LTG Cargo customers and partners
What do we expect?
- Higher university education
- Managed work experience in logistics or operations management
- Knowledge of process management, analytical skills, negotiation skills
- Leadership and people skills
- Good English skills (at least B1 level)
- Knowledge of the freight transportation market
