Nature of work
- Organize the operational activities of the department: ensure timely performance of work - collection, assembly, dispatch of orders according to internal and/or customer standards and proper documentation management, ensure continuity of work and communication between shifts;
- Prepare periodic reports on warehouse results: overall for shifts and/or for each shift separately;
- Provide proposals for improving the warehouse management system, processes and/or work organization, changing the structure, redistributing employee responsibilities;
- Increase employee efficiency by analyzing employee productivity indicators and looking for ways to improve them;
- Organize periodic meetings in the department, increase employee involvement and motivation;
- Ensure the operation of appropriate warehouse equipment, machinery and other work tools;
- Ensure work safety.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations, 3PL would be an advantage;
- Experience in implementing and working with warehouse management systems (AXA, Quantum, Equinox, etc.);
- Knowledge of warehousing processes;
- Team management experience: ability to manage, motivate a team to achieve common goals;
- Excellent planning and performance management skills, responsibility, analytical thinking;
- Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage.
