Nature of work
- You will organize the order fulfillment process for a product group;
- You will administer documents related to direct responsibilities;
- You will perform data entry in the Navision and DVS systems;
- You will supervise the movement of goods: warehouse balances, replenishment, return, transfer;
- You will cooperate with other departments of the company: coordinate conditions, deadlines, other relevant information;
- You will represent the company in communication with customers regarding order fulfillment;
- You will ensure that the order process you organize meets the company's standard and customer needs.
Employee requirements
- Higher education;
- Successful experience in similar work;
- Very good computer skills (MS Office);
- English language skills at least B2 level;
- Polish language skills at C1-C2 level;
- Professionalism in working with demanding clients;
- Resistance to stress caused by uncertainty or non-standard situations;
- Ability to track your activity data and work effectively;
- Compliance with the following description of personal qualities: responsibility, organization, intelligence.
