Monthly salary: €4,025.00 - €6,035.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of planning and execution processes of orders and operations at stations (formation, shunting), their compliance with the requirements of laws, rules and standards
- Ensure the fulfillment of obligations to customers and increase their satisfaction with the services provided, applying order execution methods that meet the needs of the customer
- Form the department's operational strategy, set long-term and short-term goals of the department's activities and strive for their implementation
- Ensure effective resource management, assignment of tasks to production employees and the Infrastructure Manager
- Plan and organize effective management of the department's activities
- Ensure the operational efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes, analyze and continuously initiate their improvement
- Analyze and determine indicators of the managed function, apply and implement technological, IT solutions and tools necessary for their improvement
- Form, develop and motivate the management team and ensure smooth change and communication management
- Cooperate with divisions of the LTG group of companies, developing the network of LTG Cargo clients and partners
What do we expect?
- Higher university education
- At least 2 years of managerial work experience in the field of logistics or operations management
- Knowledge of process management, analytical skills
- Analytical and negotiation skills
- Leadership and people skills
- Fluent Lithuanian, good English skills
- Knowledge of the freight transportation market
