Order Fulfillment Analyst | Electronics Manufacturing

We are currently inviting Order Fulfillment Analyst to join our growing team located in Vilnius, Svylos g. 16, to supplement and strengthen it.

Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

We create all the necessary conditions for each employee to improve their skills, gain in-depth knowledge of the products we manufacture, and grow professionally in every way.

In this position, you will:

• Coordinate the setting and fulfillment of deadlines for newly received sales orders between related departments.
• Develop product release plans and analyze their execution.
• Accept new sales orders for execution according to the established deadlines.
• You will form a production plan based on submitted orders.
• You will approve the Sales Department's orders for shipment.
• You will communicate with customers on relevant issues.
• You will control that sales orders are fulfilled according to the established deadlines.

What we expect from you:

• Higher education (social sciences, economics, analytics - an advantage).
• Good working skills in MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting software ("Rivile" would be an advantage).
• English language skills at least B2 - C1 level (verbal and written).
• Ability to work promptly and consistently.
• Good analytical and planning skills.

Salary

Assessing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer an attractive salary that matches the skills and competence. The salary for this position starts from 13 Eur/hr. to 15 Eur/hr. (~2184 – 2520 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence. + BENEFITS, depending on the results achieved.
