Nature of work
MB Labman Trades is a small, operating digital advertising services company (EU clients; Google Ads campaigns are run by an external specialist). We are looking for a reliable person to act as the company manager under a civil service contract, approximately 4–8 hours per month, remotely:
– handling official correspondence and deadlines;
– signing company documents;
– communicating with the accounting firm and lawyers;
– approving routine payments within the agreed limit;
– annual reports and other mandatory submissions.

Employee requirements
– residence in Lithuania;
– Lithuanian and good English;
– reliability and availability (response within 48 hours on business days);
– Smart-ID / Mobile-ID is preferred;
– experience in administration, accounting or marketing is an advantage.
