Nature of work
We are expanding our activities and creating three new strategic business directions (Architectural Office / Public Procurement Center / Aroma Marketing), therefore we are looking for ambitious managers who are ready not only to lead, but also to become business partners. This is not a typical manager's position - it is an opportunity to create a department from scratch, make strategic decisions and receive a share of the company's profits.
We are looking for managers for the following areas:
Architectural Office - development of architectural and design services, process development, customer acquisition.
Public Procurement Center - establishment of a public procurement services department, development of methodology, project management.
Aroma marketing - (also known as scent marketing) is a strategic neuromarketing direction that uses specially selected scents to influence consumer emotions, memory and behavior at points of sale or services.
