We are expanding our activities and creating three new strategic business directions (Architectural Office / Public Procurement Center / Aromamarketing / Aromatics), therefore we are looking for ambitious managers who are ready not only to lead, but also to become business partners. This is not a typical manager's position - it is an opportunity to create a division from scratch, make strategic decisions and receive a share of the company's profits.
We are looking for managers for the following areas:
1. "Aromika" production (Lančiūnava)
Goal: Management of fragrance and cosmetics production.
Activity: Processes, quality, Private Label.
Requirements: Production experience.
2. Architectural Office
Goal: Development of design services.
Activity: Processes, attracting real estate clients.
Requirements: Architecture / real estate experience.
3. Public Procurement Center
Goal: Establishment and management of a division.
Activity: Methodology, procurement projects.
Requirements: Knowledge of SOEs.
4. Aroma Marketing
Goal: Fragrance solutions for business.
Activity: B2B sales, aromatization.
Requirements: B2B sales experience.
