For a new company, whose main activity is car dismantling, recycling and trading in used car parts, we are looking for a responsible, proactive and strong manager, ready to create and develop a successful company from the ground up.

Main responsibilities:
Organization and management of daily company activities;Formation of a team of employees, distribution of work and control;Organization of car dismantling and parts storage processes;Development of sales processes for used car parts;Increasing operational efficiency, sales and profitability;Creation of order, responsibility and clear work processes;Cooperation with the company's shareholders and implementation of strategic goals.
We expect the candidate to:
Has experience in management and team organization;Ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility;Is focused on results and business growth;Understands the specifics of the automotive business or is ready to quickly understand it;Ability to create processes in a new company from scratch.
