About the company:

Our client is one of the leaders in its sector, implementing various large-scale projects in Lithuania. The company specializes in construction and engineering, coordinates complex objects, provides innovative solutions and pays special attention to the quality of work and smooth team work. The main goal is to ensure that all projects are implemented on time, safely and according to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work with various projects
  • 3D modeling of the building and preparation of design documentation for the structural part
  • Communication with customers and the project team, coordination of project solutions
  • Improvement of design processes and implementation of new solutions
  • Responsibility for the quality of my own and colleagues' work and deadlines

What we expect from you:

  • Higher education in the field of civil engineering or architecture
  • At least 7 years of experience in the preparation of the structural part of the project
  • PDV certificate for special structures
  • Ability to work with 3D modeling programs and perform structural calculations
  • Management, planning and team work organization experience
  • Ability to monitor the quality of work and meet deadlines
  • Good written and oral English skills
