Nature of work

  • Organize and coordinate the work of subordinate employees (3-5 employees);
  • Plan projects and ensure their successful implementation (timelines-budget-quality);
  • Communicate directly with clients and other project participants;
  • Make essential structural decisions;
  • Prepare design documentation for the structural part;
  • Contribute to the improvement of the design process and the implementation and development of the company's strategic projects.

Employee requirements

  • Higher engineering education in the field of construction;
  • Qualification certificate of the project manager of special structures of buildings (or the ability to hold it for 3-6 months);
  • Experience in structural design;
  • Experience in project/team management;
  • Good knowledge of the TEKLA program;
  • Personal qualities: proactivity, time planning, responsibility.
