We will trust you
- Develop and implement the Company's energy equipment operation, technological process management and automation strategy;
- Ensure the proper operation of the Company's energy equipment, automation, technological processes, maintenance, repair, renewal and improvement of measuring devices;
- Development and maintenance of renewable energy sources;
- Search for innovative solutions in the field of energy and automation, implementation of innovations;
- Effective and high-quality planning of the department's activities, organization of work, training and control of subordinate employees;
- Making decisions on issues of department work organization and personnel management, and making decisions that meet the Company's operational goals and legal requirements within the limits of its competence.
We hope you
- You have a university degree or equivalent, acquired after completing studies in electrical engineering;
- You have at least 2 years of management experience in the field of electrical engineering;
- You know the principles of team building, have performance management, employee development and smooth delegation skills;
- You are able to effectively plan and allocate operational resources taking into account the dynamics of the activity;
- You are able to manage changes, complex situations and quickly adapt to changes;
- You are goal-oriented and result-oriented;
- We will consider your experience in the field of continuous improvement/LEAN, knowledge of the principles and tools of this methodology and the ability to apply them in daily activities as an advantage;
- You have a driver's license (category B).
