We are looking for a team member in the livestock purchasing department! JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Daily input and transmission of purchase data;
- Filling, preparation, calculation of periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) reports;
- Supervision and administration of advertising in the media;
- Supervision and control of drivers' work regime, economic driving analytics;
- Uploading department purchase invoices (not livestock) to the accounting program;
- Communication with department employees, handling department administrative documents;
- Maintaining the necessary communication with cooperating departments;
- Performing other assigned operational tasks.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Good skills in working with Excel and Word;
- Communicative skills and ability to work in a team;
- Quick orientation and ability to make decisions;
- Diligence, attentiveness, responsibility.
